VILLENEUVE: THE RISE OF A LEGEND
IN THEATRES ACROSS QUEBEC ON NOVEMBER 11
VILLENEUVE: THE RISE OF A LEGEND will open in theatres across Quebec on November 11. Directed by Yan Lanouette Turgeon, the film stars Rémi Goulet in the title role, with Rosalie Bonenfant playing his wife, Joann Villeneuve. The cast also includes Patrice Robitaille, Anick Lemay, Luc Picard, Fabien Cloutier, Hubert Proulx, and Étienne Galloy.
Written by Daniel Roby and Guillaume Lonergan, VILLENEUVE: THE RISE OF A LEGEND is produced by Christian Larouche, with Marc Côté (Real By Fake) serving as co-producer. Christian Simoneau, Melanie Villeneuve, and Fabrice Barrilliet are executive producers, and Tim Ringuette serves as associate producer.
Following the presentation at the closing night Gala at the Toronto International Film Festival, the film continued it's festival ran in Quebec as the opening film of the 5th Festival du cinema international in Abitibi-Temiscaningue, the film will then have its preniere during the gala evening of the 32nd edition of CINEMANIA, on Monday, November 9, at the Théâtre Maisonneuve in Place des Arts.
